The captain's authority is absolute on all matters of safety and vessel operation. The divemaster's authority is absolute on all matters of dive safety, including but not limited to dive site selection, entry and exit procedures, maximum depth, bottom time, buddy assignments, and the decision to abort any dive at any time. All divers are required to follow the divemaster's instructions before, during, and after every dive. Divers who exceed their certified depth or certification limits, ignore divemaster direction, or engage in behavior that endangers themselves or other divers may be removed from the water immediately and will not be permitted to complete the remainder of the charter. Mid-Trip Aborts
If a trip is aborted after departure due to deteriorating conditions, refunds or credits are issued on a pro-rated basis at the captain's discretion based on dives completed.
